Twins Penny and Pam are hot on the trail of an evil serial killer, this time for their own preservation. While Penny has tried her best to lay low, Pam has become somewhat infamous as the writer of a Dear Crabigail Column. Her notoriety may have made them a target of the murderer who specifically seeks out twins as victims.
