Daydreamer's Diary is like a deep dive into our feelings about love, saying goodbye, wanting more, and how tough yet strong we can be inside. The book talks about life being full of noise that can drown out who we really are, and how we try to keep our true selves shining through. It's got bits about remembering the good and bad times, fooling ourselves, feeling sad, finding a little light in the dark, and slowly getting better after getting hurt.
It's all about daydreaming-wishing for what we missed out on, seeing beauty in what we have, and being okay with what's meant to be. It reminds us to love ourselves, be okay with showing our soft sides, and to keep hope alive even when things seem dark. Every poem takes us on a little adventure of finding out more about ourselves, like putting together a puzzle that shows the sweet and sour parts of life and how we all want to feel connected, understood, and at peace.
