I absolutely loved Crochet Carnage! Julie feels like someone I would want to be friends with, and the whole setting of Meadowgrove was so charming and vivid. The mystery built up slowly in a way that kept me flipping pages long past bedtime. The small-town drama, the cozy vibe, even the way the yarn shop was described made me feel like I was right there. I seriously did not want this story to end.

This book surprised me in the best way. I expected a light cozy mystery but it delivered so much more. The writing felt so warm and inviting, and I loved the whole cast of quirky characters. Julie is smart and relatable without being perfect, and her relationships with Tessa and Hildi were adorable. The tension with Victoria was really well done too. I could not put it down.

Reading Crochet Carnage felt like wrapping up in a handmade afghan on a cold night. I loved the rich setting, the little details of the yarn shop, and the way the mystery kept twisting when I thought I had it figured out. Julie is a fantastic protagonist, and the town felt alive in a way that made me wish Meadowgrove actually existed. I would visit Yarn Haven in a heartbeat.

I honestly smiled so much reading this book. I fell in love with Julie's world right away. The tension between her and Victoria was so perfectly crafted, and the friendships between the townspeople felt incredibly real. I especially loved the Thursday night yarn group scenes. It made me want to pick up crochet again even though I am terrible at it.

Crochet Carnage was such a satisfying read. There was a great balance between the cozy small-town life and the deeper mystery unfolding behind the scenes. I loved how every character had their own little quirks without feeling over the top. The dialogue felt so natural, and I loved the slow build between Julie and Ben. It was just the right amount of heart and suspense.

I devoured this book in two sittings. The mystery was so cleverly layered, and the town of Meadowgrove absolutely stole my heart.
