Hello Ann, I have read several of your books on Essential Oils recently and was wondering if they might help my husband, he suffers from migraines which cause nausea and a lack of appetite. His doctor started him on 2 prescriptions 6 months ago; he is now taking up to 6 prescriptions and we would appreciate any helpful suggestions you might offer.
Migraine headaches are no laughing matter; I know firsthand as I used to suffer from them myself as a teenager. I can recall the school nurse calling my mother to come pick me up on several occasions when a migraine would hit. They were so debilitating that I would have to lie down in a dark room for hours before relief would arrive.
Coriander is the first essential oil I would recommend for this type of condition. Coriander is capable of alleviating symptoms associated with migraines.
