Since CIUTI Forums are intended to bring vocational university institutes into contact with the professional world to permit exchanges of experience, this 2010 FORUM (United Nations, Geneva) addressed once again the fact that new political and economic blocs have crystallised in recent decades that are more or less economically linked with one another (EU, ASEAN, MERCOSUR, ECOWAS, etc.).
