The manual covers some of the laws; the weather patterns; the road traveling; the accommodations; and the health concerns that may arise when traveling to the area or planning your trip to the area. DRIVING:
Many believe that driving a vehicle is the same in all areas of the nation, and this can lead to a false sense of security when in the American Southwest as there are specific rules that you need to follow, as shown in this guidebook. HIKING & CAMPING:
Due to the hostile environment of much of the American Southwest those folks like love to hike and to camp may unintentionally put themselves and their families in harm's way; this guidebook provides many tips on how to keep from getting injured and stay alive. NATIVE AMERICA:
