THE SHAME FREE LIFE LLC

The Shame Free Life Coaching and Consulting LLC was formed by Ronald Roseboro. Mr. Roseboro has a wide variety of clients within his coaching practice. However, he has a specific targeted demographic when it comes to reentry of retuning citizens. Mr. Roseboro's passion and strategy for change was cultivated during his own time of incarceration. During this time, he served as chaplain assistant, mentored hundreds of men, authored two books and wrote over one hundred poems which he later published. His reentry initiative within The Shame Free Life Coaching and Consulting LLC utilizes techniques such as cognitive behavior therapy, conflict resolution by targeting emotional obstacles with practical application to assist in living a life of productivity, accountability, and success beyond incarceration.

From experience Ronald personally understands the power of emotional paralysis and hopelessness that is anchored in complicated grief and chronic trauma. However, he believes that we may not be responsible for the injury that we sustained in life, but we are responsible for our own healing.

The purpose of this training manual is to offer practical solutions on how you can succeed after your sentence. U.S. statistics show the revolving door from prison release to rearrests, to conviction, to returning to prison within three years. Returning to prison not only effects the one who returns, but it impacts the lives of everyone directly or indirectly. Bridging The Gap: success after your sentence is designed to challenge, empower, and equip you with the necessary tools to rebuild your life one brick at a time. A change of direction occurs with a change of mind. The power of choice can either be your key to freedom or your prison of bondage.
