Do you want to work until you turn 65? I sure as hell don't. I'd rather spend my time surrounded by family and friends in exotic locales.
The key to retiring early is having someone else do the work while you play. The good part is that we can hire assets to generate income year-round.
Owning assets (real estate, dividend stocks, treasury bonds, businesses, royalties) is the key to retiring early and living your best life.
To obtain assets, you must become a capitalist; it's the only way. So, instead of complaining about your current situation, change the circumstances around you.
I did that in 2019, and we retired early in 2023. It is possible to become a capitalist as long as you accept the process. Good Luck!
