In North African country, Ethiopia is one of the fastest growing countries in the world. According Global Entrepreneurship Monitor 2012 report it is revealed that the highest entrepreneurship rates can be found in Sub Saharan Africa (with Zambia the highest at 41%%). The other interesting statistics brought out by the report are economies in all geographic regions show bell-shaped distributions with highest entrepreneurship rates generally occurring among 25-34 years old. In 2013, Ethiopia's 69.2%% of the population were aged ten years and above and out of which 80%% economic activity population rate is 80%%. However, productive entrepreneurship in high-value added activities has made limited contributions to the growth of the country because of lack of weak institutional support, limited access to finance, risk averse nature and entrepreneurial education or training.
