These ancient teachings are beyond science and philosophy, because the latter two only look outward for truth while the former observe both outward and inward. These ancient teachings aren't just theories, they were firsthand experiences and can be experienced by any sincere truth seekers.
Cera plans to write a series of books sharing her amazing experiences with practicing the profound Buddha dharmas. She hopes to engage with like-minded wisdom seekers to share discoveries and insights of Buddhism on her social media platforms and even meditate together.
