Howard Floss, M.A. Ed., certified to teach psychology and a retired educator wrote Behavior Management Programs for Behavior Disorders at the Oakwood Residential Training Facility for five years. He was a trained Behaviorist at the facility. He attended Murray State University and Eastern Kentucky University.
