Howard Floss, M.A. Ed., certified to teach psychology and a retired educator wrote Behavior Management Programs for Behavior Disorders at the Oakwood Residential Training Facility for five years. He was a trained Behaviorist at the facility. He attended Murray State University and Eastern Kentucky University. He also was an educator in McCreary County, Kentucky and retired from teaching at Southern Middle School in Pulaski County, Kentucky.
