I didn't learn to cook in a classroom or under the watchful eye of a master chef. My kitchen was my classroom, my family was my inspiration, and trial and error were my teachers. Some of my best lessons came from burnt edges, sticky fingers, and the joy of watching loved ones go back for seconds.
