Phill Brown is a sound engineer and producer who - over an illustrious 50-year career - has worked with many of the biggest names in rock and roll.

In this reissued and updated version of his 2011 memoir, Phill describes the ups and downs of a professional recording studio, working on sessions for The Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix, and Joe Cocker at the famed Olympic Sound Studios in London.
