Welcome back to the Kingdom of Glittereye.

After the thwarted Rebellion and Long Winter, the kingdom is barely beginning to heal when a stranger from the Frozen North arrives at the gates of Castle Silveth with a warning. Nadrim, Cliffprince of the military state of Mellya, will soon unleash his vast naval and land forces upon the races of Mynoweth. About to become a father, Aldemere, Jester-Knight and Captainguard of Glittereye, must unite Human, Elf, Dwarf, the seafaring Ereti, and the mysterious Greybaer against Nadrim's vision of dominion over them all.

Praise for Jester-Knight

Madia has mastered the skill of elaborating the necessary moments without sacrificing the story's forward thrust. He writes beautifully, cherishing his sentences for the visual scenes they paint. -Paige Ambroziak, Author

Joey Madia's writing style in Jester-Knight, coupled with his imagination and depth of understanding, is precisely what our culture desperately needs: literature that empowers youth with the insight, courage, and wisdom much needed for undertaking the rites of passage into responsible adulthood where leadership is filled with heart and soul. -The Fisher King Review

Jester-Knight cleverly addresses the big questions-all while keeping a fine pace. Madia displays an impressive knowledge of the details of chivalry, battle, and weaponry-furthering the reader's immersion. Readers who have enjoyed traversing the likes of the early Middle Earth & Narnia will delight and revel in the Kingdom of Glittereye. -Kate Campbell, librarian and bookseller

Jester-Knight takes us on an amazing journey. Through Madia's words we go on adventures, play practical jokes, and even save an Elf! What more could a reader ask for? Fast-paced and fun, this is a definite must-read for any lover of fantasy and faraway lands. -Sue Ernst, HS teacher
