This A-Z provides an authentic vision for school leaders. Three topics are discussed for each letter of the alphabet. It has been deliberately written with reaffirming the moral purpose in leadership. The aim of this book is to set out some key elements of school leadership advice that the author has experienced along his journey spanning nearly two decades in education.

From the outset, A-Z can oversimplify matters and the author has tried to move away from the obvious ones: A: Assessment, P: Parents, T: Teaching. Instead, the author has deliberately focused on the role of the leader and how their actions impact colleagues and more importantly the students.

Kausor Amin-Ali qualified as a teacher of mathematics from the University of Cambridge. He has experience working in numerous schools in England and in the UAE, with twelve years in senior school leadership including Principalship and five years as a Governor.
