How much of your own soul will you carve away to save the world?

In the black markets of the Undermart, identities and histories are traded as literal currency. When Vaelorix discovers a ledger of citizens slated for systemic deletion, he attempts an unprecedented ritual: forcing the System to accept a Stable Paradox. But the cosmic cost is devastating.

As his own name begins to literally lose letters, Vaelorix is hunted by the Catalogers, emotionless bureaucrats of absolute order. Refusing to be lobotomized into a tool of the System, he forges a hidden third class: The Preserver. He must repair reality tears by surgically extracting personal memories from citizens, even as his own identity frays into nothingness.

Stripped of his official status and excommunicated as an Active Contradiction, Vaelorix steps into the shadows to play an entirely new game. But when the ghost of his lost love accuses him of treating their bond as a managed resource, he must decide if saving the city is worth losing himself.

Perfect for fans of dark progression fantasy and philosophical LitRPG, this series features:

  • A unique, bureaucratic magic system based on reality-editing and ontological weight
  • Deep progression mechanics, hidden classes, and systemic censorship
  • Dark cosmic horror, paradox residue, and existential dread
  • A gripping narrative about identity, sacrifice, and the cost of survival
