About the Author


Patricia Hong has won various awards for her art. She lives and works in New York Hudson Valley and enjoys nature and the varied wildlife from Clausland Mountain. Her illustrations are whimsical pen and ink drawings and watercolor on paper.

Some years ago, Hong toured China with a Sketching in China group, sponsored by Pratt Institute, and was greatly influenced by this ancient and vast civilization. Her past visits to the Shanghai Garden inspired her to write Yu Dragon You.
