Xi-Bootis B
Planetfall Primus
This book is set after Xi-Bootis A - Planetfall Secundus, starting in the year thirty four fifty, and Golden Age II - The Great Explosion, which was largely set in the year thirty four ninety five AD.
This book portrays the events that follow Golden Age II - The Great Explosion.
The homeworld of the Mimasian Thols, which they call Homwol, also called Vale by the Carlin-folk, has been colonised. Its large moon, Luns, is being mined, and massive orbital colonies are being constructed in the L-Four and L-Five Trojan points of its moon.
Another habitable planet exists in the double star system, Xi-Bootis B Primus, which orbits the lesser component star, Cythol. A spectral class K-Four-V orange dwarf star, much smaller than our Sun, is significantly cooler and less massive.
Xi Bootis B Primus, a tidally locked eyeball world, is the next world to be colonised, and it too has indigenous sapient life.
Unfortunately, unsanctioned, illegal colonists got their first, and they were all kinds of unpleasant!
