Being a man is tough. From being breadwinners to being expected to be manly, men are faced with troubles every day for a lot of reasons. This book is an attempt to take a look at those reasons and try to understand them for what they are. This is not a book that sets out to blame anyone. Instead, it is a book that tries to take an honest, genuine look at the problems that men face just because they are men. This is a book that hopes to bring those problems into the light when they are often discounted, just plain misunderstood, and even not known about. Finally, this is a book that will hopefully provide men with the feeling that if they have ever had a hard time and not understood why, there is someone listening, there is a reason why you might be feeling that way, and you are not alone.
