The year is 2005. The location is Saint Landry Parish, Louisiana. This was their bicentennial year. Chief Deputy Marvin L. Barnett is in charge. The only marching order the sheriff left for him was, Whatever you do, don't let the wheels fall off. The problem was, the wheels started coming off right after he left.
