The day of Gembuku arrived when the trainer had to introduce Wind to the warlord and it is discovered the thought to be he was a she and it caused an uproar with the male samurai but the warlord allowed her into his army and made her a general. She proved herself on the battlefield and carried out a special mission that forced the other warlord to come to terms with Kawasomeru and the Shogun ordered peace to happen between the two warlords. But the only way peace would be accepted by the other warlord, was if Kawasomeru put Wind to death. But death would not be the end of Wind as you will see in the last chapter of the novel Wind.
