Benjamin T. Johnson, an accountant from Pontiac, Michigan, has no life outside his job. To turn his life around, he buys property in Australia over the Internet through an online auction.
What he does not know is that there was another bidder who wanted the same property so badly that he is willing to do almost anything to drive Ben away to buy the farm for himself.
Through a series of accidents, Ben must find his antagonist, but what will he do then?
Born in Indianapolis, Al Miller studied math and engineering at the Indianapolis extension of Purdue University. After a four-year stint in the U.S. Navy, he later became an engineer in Dayton, Ohio. My wife read an article in the newspaper about someone who sold his entire life's accumulations. We had a lengthy discussion on how that person who made the purchase would have a major time trying to claim the property. My wife came up with the title, and I took it from there.
