When I'm Santa's CEO is a heartwarming Christmas picture book that empowers young readers to imagine themselves as leaders of generosity, purpose, and compassion. In this imaginative and inspiring story, a young girl envisions herself as the CEO-Chief Executive Officer-at the North Pole, working alongside Santa to bring a fresh perspective to the festive season.
From helping families in need, she takes charge of planning, teamwork, and decision-making, all while leading a diverse team of Santa's helpers. With empathy and creativity, she introduces new ways to give, through care packages, volunteer efforts, and community initiatives, proving that the spirit of Christmas is about much more than just presents.
As she celebrates accomplishments, and inspires others, the story gently introduces young readers to concepts of leadership, philanthropy, and social impact. It reinforces the message that girls can be capable, thoughtful leaders who use their skills to make the world a better place.
Beautifully illustrated with warm, festive detail, When I'm Santa's CEO blends the magic of the holiday season with the empowering idea that leadership can be kind, generous, and purposeful. It encourages children to think beyond tradition and imagine how they can contribute to their communities in meaningful ways.
Written by Dr. Samantha Pillay, surgeon, advocate, and author of the Inspirational Careers for Kids series, this book continues her mission to challenge gender stereotypes and inspire the next generation to dream big and lead with heart.
Ideal for children aged 4 to 8, When I'm Santa's CEO is more than a Christmas story, it's a celebration of giving, growth, and the power of believing in yourself.
