The 45 experiences of Christ are grouped into nine categories corresponding to the Nine Fruits of the Spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness (generosity), faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. There are five teaching episodes for each of the nine fruits-thus, 45 experiences.
What Would Jesus Do? is based on Christ's 45 experiences, or, in other words, what Jesus did. But, more importantly, when we face life's challenges head-on, would it not be instructive to ask ourselves, What would Jesus do in this situation? for any problem we face? To me, that is a rhetorical question. But how often do we ask ourselves, What would Jesus do? when we are in the midst of a struggle and our emotions and stress levels are high?
