The Westphalian Ascendancy expands on Robin and Holly's adventures in Tasmania including more on The Jericho Foundation, it's product statement and how it works in offering an alternate form of government whereby the rules and regulations are not set in concrete, but are variable depending on individual case circumstances and ruled on by a world wide panel of elders. The Jericho Foundation majors in surveillance and communication, but contrary to present systems of government, it is flexible and assesses personalities for better or worse and decides if a person can be helped or not. It's mission statement is based on education and employment, simply, everyone works. No shareholders, no boards of directors, all are equal in value. Social democracy in practice.
