I can't recommend Wanderers of Alandra enough for young adult or adult readers.
With the variety of characters in the Wanderers and those we meet along the way, I think we can all find ourselves in parts of this story. The author has a well-thought out sense of each character and the writing reflects that.
There is a little bit of everything in here for everyone: coming-to-age, family, action, fantasy creatures, magic, and even a bit of will-they-won't-they. I highly recommend this book to anyone that enjoys an adventure.
