A snake raising building has a earthquake and the glass enclosures break allowing all the snakes to escape. Most of the snakes are poisonous. There are seven workers in the building, they are attacked by the snakes and eaten by them. The families of the workers get worried when they don't arrive home and go to check on them. They are eaten as well. The police go into and check on them and are attacked as well. It comes to the point of a group of game wardens who come up with a plan to enter and destroy the snakes before they escape and cause damage throughout the town. After which they do get calls of some of the snakes that had already escaped and were in other houses. Many of the snakes had babies which were able to hide in the town.
