In 1947, President Harry S. Truman ordered that all matters concerning extraterrestrial entities and technology be denied in the interests of national security. This policy remains in effect today. This has caused some information in this book to be taken from tabloid articles and non-verifiable sources. An effort was made to eliminate information from articles proven to be false. Information from whistleblowers, deathbed confessions, and written documents passed down through generations was given priority.
