When things get boring on a hot summer day, Darren Klein, 12, and his buddies seek refuge in the air-conditioned library and learn some interesting facts about Sales, Colorado, the small town they live in. One of those interesting historical facts is that victims of the 1918 influenza pandemic are still buried in an abandoned cemetery just outside of town.
