Tor is not like the other dinosaurs. His mom is a mighty T-Rex, and his dad is a towering Brachiosaur. But when Tor wants to play basketball, he doesn't fit in with either team. The T-Rex kids think his arms are too long, and the Brachiosaurs say his neck is too short. Feeling left out, Tor watches from the sidelines - until he gets his chance to play.
Tor first tries to play like the T-Rexes kids do, and then tries to play like the Brachiosaurs. When neither works, he learns that he doesn't have to be just one thing. He's both a T-Rex and a Brachiosaur, and that makes him unique. Having both strong T-Rex legs and long Brachiosaur arms, he discovers his own way to play - one that no one else can match!
A heartwarming story about self-acceptance, identity, and embracing what makes you special, Tor the T-Rex Brachiosaur is perfect for children ages 3-7 who love dinosaurs, sports, and stories of perseverance.
