TomKat: Double Impact has been described as Jack Reacher meets Hanna with a touch of Thin Man savoir vivre tossed in. A story that had to be told. A love story of tremendous impact. A story about a small group of people willing to risk everything to stop the most serious threat to Western Civilization in modern history. There comes a time when a citizen must fulfill the constitution's requirements if the government fails to meet its obligation. TomKat: Double Impact is one of these stories. The characters are intriguing.
Tom Ford: A home-schooled foundling who never attended college. He was astute enough, however, to secure a top job with an old-line New York investment banking firm. Tom, however, had an unconventional sideline. His skill as a master long-range sniper introduced him to a mysterious secret league of assassins. He soon traveled the world eliminating terrorists who threatened the American people. Tom Ford was very good at it.
Kathryn St. John: The daughter of a Vietnam War Medal of Honor recipient, Kat worked as a producer for a highly rated talk show on a popular cable news channel. Her mother died when she was very young and she was raised by an overprotective father, but she was determined to be an independent woman. She succeeded. She also learned to defend herself and took pride in it. It saved her life.
Tom and Kat -- TomKat -- met at a killing. Tom soon realized that Kat would be a solid asset in his efforts to save American lives. Tom and Kat, along with dozens of complementary and indispensable characters, engage in a battle against an evil that threatens to drive Western Civilization back to the Dark Ages. The reader will experience intense emotional reactions as they follow the incredible accounts of duty, honor, revenge and romance in Tomkat: Double Impact.
