When William Maddock boards Western Global Airlines Flight 2915 for a family vacation, the private pilot has no idea of the pivotal role he will soon play in history. En route to England from Canada, the 747 is hijacked by a group of terrorists during a massive attack on the United States and its western allies. But the would-be martyrs don't count on the indomitable spirit of the passengers, who refuse to go quietly. Willing to fight to the last breath, Maddock rallies his fellow passengers, including a gung-ho rugby player, a dedicated air marshall, and an Arab man determined to prove himself separate from the terrorists. Together they will face insurmountable odds, to foil their attackers' plot and rejoin the brave men and women on the ground struggling to preserve their once-great nations. A timely and provocative novel that could be ripped from the headlines in a not-too-distant future, Today Is When is an inspiring story of sacrifice and courage.
