The Wall and The Tales of Charlie Whitefeather is a collection of literary short stories of historical Fiction. The stories are a meditation on the Viet Nam era, written in memory of those who gave all they had for their country, some for honor and glory and for others a call to duty. The story tells of a Navy Corpsman who walked the trails with the Amphibious Marines from 1966-'68, from Khe Sahn to Que Son, The Street Without Joy, onto Die Do, around the Rockpile and into the DMZ. With abounding memories many returned changed. Some returned scarred with a lifetime of repair, and for others returned, to search for love and a place to call their own.
