The process to create a new species of man in a state of perfection is presented. 2. He will be maintained throughout his life in a state of perfection, never suffering from illness or injured in an accident. 3. He will be provided with all his needs and desires without any cost to him, such as food, housing, education, medical care, transportation and well everything. 4.
