The Ring Gate is a story about Ryan Vanderbilt who started out as a youth working in the neighborhood pawn shop and purchased a ring that called to him. He was left with his grandmother after his parent's untimely death and discovered his heritage as a future dragon. On a university Dig he visited London and Stonehenge where he discovered the ring would transport him to other times and places where similar rings of stone or wood were erected.
