When physicist Jon Adams found the notes his grandfather, Tiberius Adams, left him in his will, he knew exactly what he had to do. Tiberius and his lab partner, Mia Connors, developed The Quantum Passageway, a device that revolutionized space travel, nearly a century ago when they were teenagers at Teakwood Academy. He and his fellow scientists were banished from the lab complex. With his window of opportunity closing fast, he had to sneak unnoticed into a high security building; reprogram the time machine; arrive in the past without shifting out of phase and winding up in a parallel dimension; and locate his grandfather's younger self before the disaster occurred. Then came the hard part: convincing a 14 year old genius that his amazing new invention could just possibly destroy the world.
