For years, I believed posture was only physical. As a physical therapist, I helped people move without pain, recover from injuries, and understand how their body worked. But the deeper I looked, the more I realized something that changed my life forever.
Pain rarely starts where it appears.
The same is true in life.
People struggle with confidence, money, relationships, leadership, communication, and success. They spend years trying to fix the symptoms while the real source remains untouched.
This book is about finding the source.
The Power Posture is not a book about standing up straight. It is about the posture you have toward yourself, your life, your dreams, your decisions, and the way you move through the world.
It is about returning to yourself.
Throughout these pages, I share the philosophy that transformed my own life-from a physical therapist to an international speaker, Human & Business Strategist, Executive Contributor for Brainz Magazine, entrepreneur, and writer. None of it happened by chance. It began with one simple habit.
Every time I checked my posture, I returned to myself.
That simple act changed the way I thought, the way I made decisions, the way I communicated, the way I led, and ultimately, the life I created.
