The book tells a story of a great state called 'Kitoto' that is blessed with both natural and human resources. Though highly populated with people of outstanding talents; it lacks leaders who could lead the people of Kitoto to actualize their numerous potential. Most of its citizens are unemployed, while many of its workers in various institutions and organizations are poorly paid. This has contributed to the many crises and strike actions experienced in the state. Strike actions by workers in Kitoto are common, but that of teachers is a culture. Teaching anywhere is a noble profession, but the one in Kitoto has become a NOBLE CHAIN. This chain is not only caused by the government of Kitoto; teachers are also the culprits. The fortune of the teachers can change for the better if they should uphold the nobility of their profession during any of their negotiations. The most needed of all is the reformation of the Kitoto's educational system. Until then, the teachers in Kitoto will remain in the chain of their financial limitations.
