The death of a prostitute around 8 O'clock on a Friday evening wouldn't have generated much publicity but for the fact that she was thirteen weeks pregnant, was murdered very close to the Governor's house, was believed to be a rival to the daughter of an influential politician and was recently visited by a popular man of God. So, when the state police boss was mandated to find her killer within 24 hours, he knew he needed the service of professionals. He therefore sent for Simon Habby and Andryl Parker of the Homicide Department of the States Security Service - two detectives of an unbeatable reputation of supersonic speed and unmatchable accuracy. But when the duo believed they have closed up with the killer, strange events started unfolding and the whole community was put under a great threat as the killer was about to strike again and this time not with gun or knife but with a dangerous weapon of mass destruction which will spare no life. The killer is in my net - an action- packed, suspense- filled detective story that thrills from the very first page to the last. This is certainly a book that will cost you some of your sleeping hours.
