This book is about the life of two young men, John Smith and Chris Ford. During high school, John and Chris become best friends. Shortly after their graduation, John decides to enroll in Law School and Chris decided to enroll in Medical School. They go their separate ways and begin their college years. Soon after graduating from college, John gets married. During his marriage, he grows very successful in his career. He begins to make new friends and starts to hang out with the wrong people. He soon finds himself addicted to crack-cocaine. Chris, on the other hand, also gets married. He is happily married with two stepchildren. One day he comes home from work and finds a box of cigars in his bedroom. He becomes suspicious of his wife having an affair so he sets up surveillance cameras in their bedroom so that he can catch her in her infidelity. Instead, he catches his stepdaughter undressing. Chris becomes mesmerized by her naked body and begins to lust after her. John and Chris find themselves in difficult situations that lead them on a journey that they would have never imagined.
