The E. Team tried to negotiate with Rob to release his 11 year old son, but Rob had other ideas. Trooper Volare works the road as a regular Trooper but he is also a member of the elite E. When Rob's wife takes their son to the hospital Rob barricades himself in his home with his 11 year old son as a hostage. Volare and the E. Team must attempt to talk the man out and rescue the son. But Rob has different plans.
