Dak and Bubas were two Netics living a perfect life until the sky began to fall, and soon thereafter, the perfect, shining city they grew up in. Ten years later, a group of fleshed-over Netics threaten the rest of the world with a massive weapon and power stolen from the Ether, the invisible world and home to the Creator - Iam. Can the Netic Army destroy the weapon before it's too late? And can his friends and family keep Dak from making a mistake he can never take back? M. Coker has spent 10 years crafting the first story in this trilogy, inspired by goofy stories he and a friend created in High School. The Flesh is a brief introduction to a world where man was created not from dust, but from circuits. It examines the themes of creation, sin, death, revenge, redemption, and trusting in God. The Flesh is a fast-paced story that will pave the way for a wider exploration of this world as the series continues.Though this book is not considered Adult Content, there are brief mentions of alcohol use. There are also descriptions of violence, though not overly graphic. Neither of these things are glorified or seen in a positive light. This book would be appropriate for teenagers to adults.
