You have entered the world of the Fallen: dead Erthfolk who work alongside a covert London crime unit to expose predators, protect the vulnerable, and deliver karma where the law falls short. Their methods are ruthless. Their rules are strict. And every unauthorized kill risks exile below ground, where the Witnesses are waiting. More Dangels than Angels.
READERS
- 'Pulls you straight into a world where justice is not clean, angels are anything but holy, and karma comes with attitude'
- 'From the very first pages, this book is not about halos and hymns. It asks a bold question about good and evil and then gleefully smashes the neat answers we are used to. The idea of a secret earthly crime unit unknowingly working alongside fallen entities feels fresh, edgy, gripping'
- 'There's romance of the sizzling variety, very hot chemistry'
- 'Mind blowing. Can't begin to explain how good this was. The concept, the action, danger, chaos and everything else. Was on the edge of my seat binging this, couldn't get enough, so engaging. The storyline was freaking phenomenal. The depth, the detail, all of it exquisitely written. You could geek the intensity of this one. I just might have a new favourite author'
- 'I want to be a fallen!'
- 'A special team guards us, but they don't look/act like you'd think'
- 'What if all we know about good and evil is only the surface of truth?'
- 'A thrilling escape into a dark, creative, and wildly entertaining world. It makes you question what angels really are and whether justice is ever truly pure. By the end, it is easy to see why readers want to be part of it. Addictive, imaginative, and begging to be adapted for screen, this is a must read for anyone who loves crime, fantasy, and stories that dare to break the rules' 5 stars.
- 'Completely pulled me into its dark, gritty world from the start. This is not a soft angel story or a simple crime thriller. It blends both in a bold, fearless way. The writing feels sharp and experienced, almost like you can sense the real investigative background behind it, but layered with supernatural intensity'
- 'The characters are flawed and real. I wanted to step inside their world and be part of this fierce, rule breaking team. The attitude is raw, edgy, and unapologetic about the kind of justice it serves. SCC has a signature style that is bold and cinematic. I can imagine this turning into a gripping screen series one day 5 Stars'
