I loved the way the characters' lives intertwined...loved the North Jersey and New York references...loved that the plot kept me wondering where the next twist would take me! The food references were right out of my Italian heritage and often sent me to the kitchen for a little snack while I read ( a little cheese, a chunk of bread, a little wine perhaps!). I got so involved in the characters' lives that I did not want to put this book down.
