Treatise XII Three Books Of Testimonies Against The Jews is a religious text written by Cyprian. The book is a collection of biblical passages and quotations that are used to argue against the faith and practices of the Jewish people. It is divided into three parts, each containing a series of chapters that explore different aspects of Jewish beliefs and traditions. The first part focuses on the Jewish rejection of Christ as the Messiah and the consequences of this rejection. The second part examines the Jewish scriptures and argues that they point towards the coming of Christ. The third part discusses the Jewish practices of circumcision, Sabbath observance, and dietary laws, and argues that they are no longer necessary for Christians. Throughout the book, Cyprian uses his knowledge of the Bible to make a case for Christianity and to refute Jewish beliefs. The text is written in a straightforward and persuasive style, making it accessible to both scholars and laypeople. Overall, Treatise XII Three Books Of Testimonies Against The Jews is a valuable resource for anyone interested in the history of Christianity and its relationship with Judaism. That the Gentiles rather than the Jews attain to the kingdom of heaven. In the Gospel the Lord says: Many shall come from the east and from the west, and shall lie down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven; but the children of the kingdom shall go out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
