Fred Selkerson is a young man from the Green States of America. Now, as he nears adulthood, he decides that it's time for him to explore what used to be the United States, and is now often referred to as the Divided States of America.
Joined by his nanny bot, Pat37, Fred sets off to explore and learn, having no idea what the world is like outside of the Green States, but quickly learning that not everyone views the world the same as the people he grew up around.
