If Roland Emmerich and Montesquieu merged via that famous fusion dance, then assuredly the resultant mess would be To my Maya - Correspondence of War. A brief epistolary, where Callias, a soldier within the ranks of a new Empire born to enslave all nations on Earth, writes missives to his beloved wife Maya.
A complex and introspective read: Callias, resolved to do justice for his Empire and the Philosophers who embody it, recounts his experiences in every nation he subjugates -- for the greater good, of course. Through these experiences, which more often than not are traumatic and bloody, he offers a detailed analysis of the more concerning sociopolitical aspects of the globalist civilization, that of contemporary Earth. Special emphasis is placed upon the once predominant western civilization.
In conclusion. If you are of those who feel a bit disgruntled with modern society, this very well may be the book for you.
