Timothy didn't understand until the man pulled a tube the size of a soda can out of his backpack. It was translucent and had a strange symbol on the side. The man grabbed the tube at each end and pulled; it expanded to the size of a tent. He switched a lever, opening one side of the tube like a door, and just as the red car was about to overtake Timothy, he dove forward, the pink man right behind him, sealing the tube door. Timothy X is a young boy who has lived his whole life in an orphanage in the middle of nowhere. He doesn't speak, have friends, or have any sort of adventure. He's heard strange tales of a world of distress outside his insulated world of the orphanage. A world of danger, of magic, of power. A world of more. And more is fine with him, however it may present itself.
