It walks you through the qualities that separate good teams from great ones and gives you the space to set real goals, write real reflections, and make real commitments in front of your teammates.
The program covers two phases:
T.E.A.M. Expectations (Lessons 1-4) Student-Athlete Coachable Player Great Teammate Larger Purpose
T.E.A.M. Mindset (Lessons 5-8) Sacrifice Discipline Toughness Relentless Effort
Each lesson includes a key thought, discussion questions, a personal takeaway prompt, and a Coach's story written directly to you. A halfway reflection, bonus self-examination questions, and personal notes pages are also included.
Nothing in here is theory. It is a record of who you were becoming during this season.
