A twenty-something woman who resides in the island province of Canada travels to Philadelphia to escape from her mundane and ordinary life. Awhile she is vacationing, she discovers that she had been living in her imaginative delusion for an undetermined period of her life after misconceiving her interrelation engagements she endured: unable to distinguish reality from fantasy. She encounters various individuals with whom she incorporated their identities to create scenarios where they will fit into her imaginative storyline. However, one of the persons she encounters is a real person and she wound up collaborating with this stranger to commit the unthinkable.
